Make the most of your session:
Do not wear leather, silk or crystals to the healing sessions.
Preferably do not wash the treated area or shower at least 12 hours after the session. This ensures assimilation of energy for the purpose of healing instead of being washed away
After the session, rest or follow our normal routine, but no excessive exercise or activities. Meditation is encouraged.

The Prana Center is located in Suite F of the pink building between Over Easy and Mcdonald’s.
Parking: The public parking garage is conveniently located under Lani Huli senior residence at 25 Aulike St in Kailua. Parking is $0.75 per hour.
